FAQ

How many pictures will we receive?

As many as I can give you. No, really! I want you to have all those precious moments we captured. I don't put limits on how many photos will be delivered for a full session, you can check the investment page for more info!

How should we dress for our family session?

I love neutrals with a good pop of color or two! Opt for different textures and avoid a lot of patterns. No smart watches, they can easily date your photos and we're looking for timeless, framed-on-the-wall-forever, photos. You know how you text your friends and sisters all of the outfit choices before family pictures? I'm your girl, too! Email or text me if you're unsure!

We don’t feel very confident in front of the camera, is that ok?

Yes! Before your session, I will give you a few general tips on posing as well as pose you during the session. I prefer candid shots and natural posing over stiff and awkward - we'll work together to make sure you feel comfortable and confident!

Do you do mini sessions?

Yes! I host a mini-session day about once a month in the studio. Mini sessions are typically for any type of session with limited spots available. Follow my Instagram to see the mini of the month and snag your session!

What’s the best time to have a session with a newborn?

If you want posed newborn photos it will need to be in the first couple weeks when they still sleep through almost anything (except through the night, am I right?).

Should I bring my own props for a newborn, branding, or studio session?

You are welcome to bring any props you would like to see in pictures, but the studio is equipped with a prop and a client closet. You can check the studio page and Instagram for more details!
