The Cottage is my home studio staged and decorated for the perfect in-home session. The Cottage is available for rent by the hour for photography sessions and small events. It is the perfect setting for intimate shoots such as newborns, small families, couples, and boudoirs. Book a session with me in the studio at a discounted rate!

The Cottage also loves to see a good time - perfect for girl's night, bachelorette parties, and bridal showers!

Renter Responsibilities


  • sign the waiver and agreement
  • "pack in, pack out" policy, including trash
  • return everything to its place
  • no glitter, silly string, or sticky props
  • no open flames or holes in walls
  • no pets due to severe allergies
  • the home must be cleaned and ready for the next renter by the time you leave. Cleaning supplies and trash bags are in the cupboard under the sink and in the prop room.
  • CANCELLATION POLICY: Bookings are non-refundable. We will work with you to reschedule or keep the amount on file under your name as a credit for future use
